my complaint is like this i live in marion and i bank at the 53 bank in marion i was smoothed talked into an option on my checking account by a teller by the name of brenda i asked all the usual questions like whats the catch ? and do i have to have mini balance i was told by her that no i did not have to i told her ok that sounds like something i could use due to the fact that i was starting nursing school and in need of about $470 dollars to do so but i would not need to use it for at least a month so we did all the paper work and all was well till i on a saturday before my classes so i called this brenda at 53 bank to ask if i could do this transaction at a bank in columbus she said that i could do this at any 53 bank because i was out of town so i went to the morse rd branch to do this i walked in i got a white guy teller name unknown to help me he said ok he would and there was a problem it seem that i could not access my early access do to a little thing that brenda forgot to tell me was and it was one of my questionsDO I NEED A MIN BALANCE? i was told my a verry snotty rude short fat black lady that i did need a min balance i was calm keeping my cool i said calmley to her that was worng that i am going to have to call brenda to find out what was worng her reply was you go call brenda in a snotty way i ignored her i called brenda at the marion branch to ask he why i could not access my early access she told me that she going to put me on hold and pull up my account i asid ok mean while i asked the teller to give me all in my account but $5 dollars he was looking up my account to help me brendas put her boss on the phone she answer the phone how can i help you she asked i said i was holdfing for brenda thinking that she just was picking up the phone no brenda passed me off to her boss because she did not want to deal with her own mess that kinda up set me because at that moment i knew that brenda had lied to me just to get me to do early access so she could get a commision off me for doing that i was told by her boss that i had to have a min balance and i replyed i need that money to start my nursing classes on monday at 7 am she said that she could call the center that handeled the early access on monday but that is not going to help me at 10 am i told her that i am going to loose my deposit on the classs of $100 dollars and my job because in order to do my job i need a license and i need to get them with in 40 days of my hire i whave been waiting 35 days to get into this class i was up set i was talking to her on my phone i said to her wat brenda did and that i was real f***ing pissed about thisthe teller in front of me slams my id on the counte and tells me that i need to leave there was no other people in the bank at this time and calls a security guard over to escourt me out i tyold him that i need my money he told me that i have to go to a other branch for saying f*** i was mad and up set yea well i was on the phone with the marion branch the lady hung up on me 3 time i was up set and and she would not deal with me or care what my problem was i may have been a bit loud i am a guy i was up set i did not yell i may have a loud voice but that was it she tried to justify this as well we gave you the paper work you should have read it i told he that could justify it how ever she wanted what it boiled down to was that brenda was meeting aquota and i was told by her that i would br her last one if i just would sign up there is only one 53 bank in marion now the other closed now i see why 53 bank is going to loose me as a customer i do not put up with games or being lied to and that is what this was you lied brenda and you should loose your job for doing that i helped you out and when it came to you helping me out you and 53 bank did not you will go nowhere in life and you will just fester brenda have a nice life brenda yours truley jeremiah
