5 Five Star Fencing Woodstock Georgia. This company is desperately perusing false advertising! They claim to be in good bbb standing, afa standing... and they are not. They claim claim claim. Well I have compiled a list of customer reviews for 5 star fencing of georgia. Consumer beware!

Don't Believe Everything You Read. I researched this company on numerous sites on the web to see if I wanted to do business with them. American Fencing Association has never heard of them yet they say they are proud members. They are not on their list of members. Also, I looked into their reviews and noticed similarities in the reviews. It makes me wonder if they are making up their own. So buyer beware. I am steering clear of this one and trying one that is a member of AFA and can prove it. 12-22-07

6 mos. later-waiting for fence to be completed. Sales pitch and price was good. Fence installed on-time but gates were not as expected. After some negotiating, Mario the owner agreed to replace the gates. Crew came out but did not complete the job. Have called them multiple times but no one is returning my calls. What started as a great experience has turned into a very disappointing one. 12-10-07 good luck!!!

Might be the cheapest, but that shows in customer service... only after you pay them. Maybe Mario should charge more and invest in a little customer service. After 2 months of repeated calls I still have not received a call back to fix my fence. Finally got a BS excuse of why they have not called me or failed to call after they canceled 3 times for repairs without a call. Everything was great till I paid them the remaining balance. I am now getting bids from other companies to repair the work Five Star did. Expect to see more of these as I have talked to others in the same situation with this company. Didn't show up. I made an appointment and they called to cancel 15 minutes before the appointment claiming not to service my area. 5-22-07

LOOK ELSEWHERE! Mario the owner doesn't follow-up w/phone calls, or appointments. supposed to be back to fix our fence I called and left several messages to no avail, but right here to get paid! If you are smarter than I, go to someone else! 2/4/2007

Disappointed. Fence was put up quickly - both good and bad. Boards needed replacing right away due to large gaps. Some 2x4s warped over several months, and it took many phone calls to get them to return. They never returned as promised to sand the tops of 4x4s cut with a chain saw. 1-6-06.

Highly unrecommended. I am not sure... but i think that this is the most illegitimated business in the world. The owner is not very smart and thinks that the rest of the world is at his low intelligence level. 2-20-08.

Bad Work. 5 Star Fence did some really bad work for me at the beginning of 2008. They build a horribly ugly fence that had to be immediately taken down due to neighbor complaints. Pretty bad!!! 1-9-08. This is just a few of many!
