We were contacted by phone, by a Mr Johnson, from Six Figure Consulting, on 3/11/2009. He told
us about a program to make money on the internet. He stated we could make very good money quickly. He also stated we would be up and running with-in weeks with our own business. We were told that if we went with the top program everything we needed was included to get us up and running fast. He asked us what our goals were and we told him we wanted to recover money we lost in our IRA. he said no problem could be done rather quickly and would continue to provide income for a long time. We agreed to the top of the line all inclusive program for $12, 500. We began there training on the Thrive web site. One of the first things they wanted us to do was set up a company,
either incorporated or an LLC to protect our personal assets. Made sense, but they don't do any of it. They direct you to a company in NY city, who wants $900 to do it plus a monthly fee! What happened
to the all inclusive coverage? We set it up with another company for $278. Then they tell you you need a company to handle credit cards, even though we already had a PayPal account for this. They send you to another company IMax. They also charge a setup fee and a monthly fee. They start you out selling stuff you have around the house on ebay. We were all ready doing this and making small change. They tell you if you haven't made enough money to pay your first months credit card bill they will pay it, which they did send me a check. I'm also suspicious of there connection to the credit
card companies. The $12, 500 is charged to a credit card, Discover in our case, and treated as a balance transfer? We have spend hours on end looking at training video's and listening to webinars they put up. It's been over 60 days and we have yet to have a business set up and running on the net. The bulk of there training is not different than what you can find on line for free or a small charge. This we learned when we got discouraged and started looking on the net. Mr Johnson was a smooth talking, convincing salesman. We were conned and I demand a refund of our $12, 500 from them. They make the program sound wonderful and then keep dipping in your pocket for more
money and we still don't have an operating business on the internet. We have been scammed and we want them stopped and our money back.
