I'm contacting you to advise you guys of some horrible service I been having with 685 Automotive located on 13200 Pond Springs Austin, TX 78729 Ste F-45. I took my car in for hail damage repairs on November 16, 2009, Allan Fritsche the owner was only to have my car for an estimated 16days to do all the repairs on the car. It has now been almost 2 months and still no car, all I been getting is excuses why my car is not ready as well as blaming me for not having the car read either. I went in to go check on my car and was confronted by him rudely and he went off on me telling me I can not fucken deal with u right now, every time you fucken call it takes time from working on your car. which I think is a very unprofessional way to treat anyone. He has gotten all the money for repairs from the insurance company and since he cashed the checks he has been taking his time to repair the car. H uses foul language and excuses to just take your and not do the job.
