Clicked to send a support ticket to cancel membership but didn't go through. It told me to click on link below but there were no links to goto.
I don't want to be a member of this company nor did i want $96.13 taken out of my checking account. How can you cancel membership when there no support number only support tickets that don't go anywhere?

They took 96.13 payment without my permission and I want it put back
