Fraudulent Charges
After repeated phone calls to cancel and refund the $39.95 charges to my bank account. There was no resolution, 4 out of 5 telephone customer service representatives for this company will hang up on you. One said to the recording she (meaning me) hung up on me. I said, " no I didnt, I am still on the line", the supervisor said NO and hung up. After 5 repeated phone calls to get their corporate address and phone number. Asking their employees for the President's name, no one working there knew who they were working for. Only one would give the address and phone number. The address she gave is the address for BlogToolKit, where the only charge presented for $1.97 was canceled. Blog Tool Kit charged me $1.97 when I did not authorize the charge then sent two more charges from ILovePets.com for another $1.95 and BidFuel.Com for $1.94, these two sights charged an additional $39.95 each X2. I called BlogToolKit to get the $1.97 reversed and they did, but bidfuel.com would not refund the $1.94 and $39.95 charge. Never received one email in my inbox or spam for information to their site or that there was a 7-day trial. IlovePets.com refunded both their charges. All three of these companies have the same corporate address and the phone numbers are the same except for the last two digits. Reported them as fraud to my bank. All over canceling their offer and they charged 5 unauthorized charges to my account, overdrawing my account and creating overdraft fees and negative daily balance fees. They advertise themselves as Google.
