7-eleven selling expired medicine
This morning, I purchased a cough syrup from one of the 7-Eleven stores in Suntec Tower 5, Singapore, however, the syrup bottle was expired on 06/10 (manufactured : 06/07).
I could notice the expiry date, only after i had a dose. This has worsen my health. I'm going to take a legal action against the store.

rude worker
i was standing in line at aprox. 1355 on 30 dec. 2010.i was waiting to buy lottery tickets. there was a guy in front of me getting his lottery tickets taken care of. when this person got done he left the area and the lady that was working behind the counter was doing her thing that she has to do with the cashed in tickets. so while she was doing that another customer walked up to the counter with his snacks or whatever. so in stead of her waiting on me she started checking out this fellow. that made me not very happy at all. there was another man behind the counter, i guess the manager. he could see that i wasn't very happy. he said she'll be with you in a minute. i said i was in line first and should be waited on. the manager said that i would have to wait because i was getting lottery tickets and that is not a priority. so i would have to wait. so if the lottery is not a priority and that doesn't make me a customer then maybe you shouldn't sell lottery tickets. i am a regular customer in that store for over 30 some years. i guess this is just the way 7-eleven treats there customers.

Known bad ATM
We went inside to use the ATM machine, The ATM went through all the motions for a withdraw except the cash doors would not open to release any money, so i told the store clerk, and he said he knows, it's been doing that for a few days. I ask why isn't there a "out of service" sign on the machine if he knew about it, he replied it wasn't his machine. That is truly bad customer service, and they could be benefiting from that ATM malfunction, that's the only reason i can see not telling people about it.

Rude Employee
Location: 320 North Arch Rd., Richmond, VA 23236. Normally, I do not write any comments/complains, but this employee is uncalled for. I tried looking at her name tag, but it was blocked, thus I could not obtain her name. However, she is an African-American lady, short-hair, about 5'7, and has a big mole on her lip (that's the only characteristic I remember of her). Anyway, this is the third time she has done something like this, and I thought that she needs to have an attitude make-over. My first incident was when my friend was buying drinks, and this Hispanic man was trying to purchase a money order from her. She then denied this Hispanic man's purchase, because he doesnt speak any English. Seeing this, my friend tried to help him out, and because we do understand a bit of Spanish, (we are Asians by the way- Filipino), he helped him get his money order. This cashier lady was pissed, perhaps because my friend had helped him. The whole time, she would mutter words under her breath. Second incident was when my friend went to purchase lottery tickets. He purchased ONE 'easy-pick' ticket, and as he was paying for this ticket, he notices that he has another dollar bill in his pocket, so he told this same cashier if he could get another 'easy-pick.' This lady takes the dollar bill, and snaps: Why didnt you just buy 2 tickets in the first place? My friend, not knowing that he had another dollar bill, told her: Well, because I didnt think I had enough money in my pocket. Anyway, I was shocked how this lady was rude and has a diva-like attitude. Who talks to their customers that way? The third incident occurred when my friend and I went to buy scratch game tickets. This same cashier lady asked for my ID (as flattering as this might sound, I am in my 30s and I do look my age and the fact that she has NOT asked the ID's of other people that 'look' younger than I do). So to my luck, it happens that I left my wallet at home, so of course, I couldnt purchase it. But then when my friend tried to buy a scratch game 'immediately' after I was denied, she 'refused' to sell this scratch game ticket to him (having his ID) and she stated: I wont sell you this ticket, because your friend (which is me) wanted it. My thought, first of all, was, are you kidding me??? He has his ID, and these are separate purchases. My friend and I always buy a scratch game there. He wasnt buying me one to begin with. So after this incident, my friend, who has had enough, tells me: You see how bad their service is, that person is an a**h***. I told him to just leave. So we left. (I understand that this foul language wasnt correct, but this cashier lady isnt exactly right either). We came home and grabbed my ID, and went back to this same 7-Eleven store to purchase the scratch game that I wanted. This lady tells me that she refused to sell me this ticket because I cursed at her. I told her that it was not me, that it was my friend. And she says: I'm refusing to sell you this ticket because you're with him. Then she said, "I have the cops on you and I wrote your plate number, and you're on video that you cursed at me." I was THINKING: Are you kidding me??? You're the one who is BEYOND rude and a jerk!!! You have NO right to refuse me a ticket, just because I''m with someone who cursed at you. It doesnt make sense. I was beyond shock, so I left, embarrassed in front of many customers. This African-American, short-hair, about 5'7, and has a big mole on her lip cashier lady, located in 320 North Arch Rd., Richmond, VA 23236 NEEDS an attitude check. She is beyond rude and disrespectful. If you are the manager of this 7-Eleven store and reading this complaint, please do something about this lady. She treats her customers like piece of s**t, or maybe just us Asians and Hispanics. We've been giving business to this store for almost 2o years, and I cannot believe how BAD the service we have received, not once or twice, but THREE times. If you visit this 7-Eleven store, then you'll know who I'm describing here. She is an employee beyond belief. What a DISGRACE!!! Come to think of it, my friend called her that name that suits her! What an a**h***!!!

Manager of the company was very rude!
I came in to the store to buy a drink and their was a man wearing no uniform, when i was getting my drink from the cooler he pumped into me and made me drop my drink, he turned around and told me that i would have to pay for that drink, while giving me an attitude face. When i went to pay the drink i asked the cashier that who was the man that was not wearing the uniform and he told me that it was the manager/owner of the company. To be the owner of the company you need to have good customer services and to me that owner of the company was very rude...

Ultimate Gamer Card
Today, (June 14, 2010) I purchased a PrePaid gift Card made by the Ultimate Game Card company for an online game. I bought it from the Seven Eleven in Mahwah, NJ. I brought the card home and followed all the instructions perfectly. When I went to type the code in, it said;

" The card could not be found. Please ensure that you have entered the voucher PIN correctly; if it has been entered correctly, please contact Billing Support by emailing [email protected]. "

On the receipt it says the card has been activated, so I went back to the store. The VERY RUDE employees at the store stated that they are not going to give my money back, nor exchange the card for a new one. I furiously tried to convince them to change their minds but they did not. The employees working there are completely rude, and do not help whatsoever. I am very disappointed I wasted my money on this card, especially since the card company does not even have and contact details, so i cannot contact them to complain. I demand that these gift cards be removed from the store on 360 Ridge Rd, Mahwah, New Jersey because THEY DO NOT WORK.

Blocking of car park
Good Evening,

I am currently staying at tanglin hault blk 40, i always parked my bike at blk 39 there, but i have notice one things which i fine it is really unfair. as you can see the photo i attach, this photo is taken on 02/02/2010 at 18.45pm. This 7-eleven lorry totally cover the whole entrance of the bike lot and i have to wait for nearly an hour for them to finish unloading their goods and it seems like they don't even bother to move their lorry. Also when it around night time it even worse, the are more cars parking at double yellow line or even the bike lot.

Declined Checks
I was told me checks were declined due to use history. I generally do you my debit card but am currently waiting for it in the mail. Since I do not bounce checks and you do not want my money, I am on your website looking for retailer that use this service in order to blacklist them from an purchases I have in the future. I should not have to apply for credit to use my checking account.
