Safeway's Customer service is terrible, it use to be good, not now!! I use 7th Generation Laundry Soap because of alergy's. It is the only Soap I can use. I talked to the Assistant Store manager at Safeway in East Bremerton and he told me that it was replaced with "Planet" a safeway product and he can't do anything about it. When I said I will shop eleswhere then, he said "ok". Do not fill out Safeway's requests for products because it is a waste of time!!! They do not care about serving the customer. The clerk I talked to before the manager was even worse!!! She was chewing gum and dancing at the register and said "Oh well". Safeway is horrible!!!
