Unauthorized Withdrawal
I got hit with a $49.99 charge from these bastardos. They refuse to refund the money and said that I signed up for their services from a payday loan site. I did not get a loan and did not sign up for this stupid service. I suspect most of the reputable companies listed on this website don't even know that their logos are being used. I have started calling them to let them know.
I called their customer service number and was told to 'kindly wait' for them to decide if they would give my money back. WHAT? Is this some kind of joke? Let me try and get this straight. 1. 777 Discount Club takes my money without my knowledge (told me it was in the terms and conditions of a website I visited). 2. I didn't get any emails or anything saying that they were going to take the money (rep told me I must have lost the email. Sure.) 3. They take their sweet time evaluating my concern and then they will decide whether I am worthy to receive a refund. 4. I am told to "kindly wait'.
Pathetic that this company is permitted to operate out of the United States. Sad, huh?
As a minimum, 777 Discount Club is behaving shadily. I have have additional thoughts about them, but will control my temper.

withdrawed 49.99 from my account
withdrawed 49.99 from my checking account without my permission.the name on the check was someone eles name an address on my checking account and overdraft my account. I want the 49.99 plus the $33.00 overdraft fee put back in my checking account.

THEY WITHDREW $49.99 FROM OUR ACCOUNT FOR SOME LOAN THEY SAID I APPLIED FOR ( WHICH I NEVER DID) I WANT 100 DOLLARS PUT BACK IN OUR ACCOUNT BECAUSE NOW MY WIFE CANNOT BUY HER MEDICINE THAT SHE NEED FOR HER DIABETES, MY NAME IS HARRY J. SMITH MY BANK IS SEFCU BRANCH IN A MSTERDAM NEW YORK PLEASE CALL ME AT 518 725 0508 AS I WANT THIS MONEY BACK YESTERDAY

unauthorized charges to my account
I checked my account today and found a charge for 49.99 on some check number for my account. I had been looking for a payday loan 2 days ago and didn't find one. I called the bank, they gave me a number and I argued with the lady at 777. she hung up on me after I asked for the fraud department. I have called, used their chat box and have researched them. their methods are illegal and despicable. they said I signed up but I did not, they have also stated that the info was taken from a cross advertisement while filling out the info for a loan and that automatically allows them to debit my account. It does not. the disclaimers I read for the loans I asked for all were striaght forward saying that the info provided was secure and was also used solely for the purpose of obtaining a loan or advance. if you can get your bank to charge them for what they are doing is truely illegal.

Fraud
This company (that I never heard of) debited my checking account for $49.99. I don't know why nor
who gave them the authority. I know nothing of
this company and called them asking for them to
provide me a copy of the invoice stating where I gave
them the authority to debit my account for any amount. This transaction caused my account to
become $35.00 over drawn that I feel I should be re-embursed by 777 Discount Club.

took money without authorized
They took 49.99 from my checking account. When I called them they said that the money was a fee for a loan. I was told that I made the application for a loan on the 16th of October. I never made the loan application on that date or any other date. I'm on a fixed income and I need this money back. It looks like that i'm not the only one that this has happen to.
