my money was tooking out my account with out authorization im very upset please return may money as soon as possiable thankyou!!!

they took 22.99 out of my checking account yesterday without my approval. i have never heard of this company until i called the bank to wonder why 22.99 was taken out. so i looked it up on the internet. i call the comany and argued for 20 minutes stating that i did not approve and i want my money back. no answer on that part so i sent a email. no response yet.

im tired of these fake bull*&^% companies stealin from us.

AFTER CALLING TO GET MY $ BACK, CHRISTINE THE SUPERVISOR TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD BE A MORE RESPONSIBLE PERSONAL AND READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I TOLD HER THAT THIS IS HARD EARNED MONEY THAT PPL R MAKING AND THEIR COMPANY IS TAKING OUR MONEY AND CLAIMING THAT ITS NON-REFUNDABLE! I SAID WHAT WOULD U DO IF SOMEONE TOOK UR MONEY WITHOUT UR OKAY. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I WAS SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS WITH THIS WOMAN. I AM PISSED OFF. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND WILL BE IN RUINS IN THE COMING YEARS THEY HAVE MESSED WITH TOO MANY PPL.A VAIOD THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Unknown how these charges began, we checked our bank statement and there was a $19.63 charge. After researching found this "Club" to be the culprit. Called the unsubscribed number to cancel, received confirmation number etc. Now theres another charge to our account. We opened a new account for this exact reason and it's happening again. What do we have to do to remove ourselves from these unwanted services???? We are poor enough already. 77 Discount Club is FRAUD!!!
