I had applied for a pay day loan and decided I did not want it. Then the next thing I know I have $22.99 taken from my checking account causing my checking account to be charge for overdraft fees. I never authorized any payment of this amount to be taken from my account. I am out of $22.99 plus 28.00 for insuffient funds. I called my bank to inquiry why these charges are being with drawn from my account. At this time I was told that this so called company was withdrawing out of my checking account. I called the phone number given to me by the bank rep 866.955.0834 and talked to a rep who did not care. i asked for a supervisor and talked to danny who stated I need to go to this website [email protected]. I told him I did not authorize this money to come out he first said it was nothing he could do but this company can go into peoples account and withdraw money out. I want my money plus the insuffient funds of $28.00 returned to my account. How many people are being robbed by this company? Maybe it is time to take this to the news cameras.

this is the third time in less than 7 days money has been taken from my checking account you too 22.99 plus a 30.00 overdraft fee . i did not authorize this and i want my money back in my account. you used check 449064 .

while applying for a payday with USA pay day assistance, this company 777 save club enrolled me in there program. i called canceled the account only after I noticed my checking account had been charged 22.99. when I called they told me it was non refundable because the time period had pasted .I check my e-mail on a daily basis there was no e-mail, junk or other wise.That is why I'm here filling out this compliant. This is a con, a rip off of the american public, All I wanted was a small loan till payday, what a nitemare. Can anyone help?

This company said I applied for a loan and took there sevice which I did not apply for a loan or there service, but some how they managed to get my checking account number and withdrew 19.63 FRAUD and IDENTITY THEFT!!!

I can't believe this it happened again I had another unauthorized withdrawel this one is from 777 Save Club now they got me .They had charged my account for $55.63 .For what i have no clue i am going to cancel my account . This is getting crazy i am on disability and these companies keep getting in my account for no reason. I have had it with this now i am out with and i just had another one with ID Theft so now i'm out $125.61.That i do not have. Some one needs to stop this . You go on-line to inquire about something or their services and you come out with charges on your credit card or out of your checking.This needs to be stopped.
