Apparently, when you fill out a form for something totally unrelated, they also sign you up for something you don't want, didn't realize you were signing up for and don't want or need.

Then they refuse to admit it was their mistake, that the customer is supposed to read all the stupid paperwork.

But, my bank refunded the nsf fees, so I guess that's a good thing.
