I was debited $22.99 from this company without authorization. I asked to cancel and get a refund. They would only cancel. I was told that this charge was authorized when I asked for Payday loan information. That's baloney, no one in their right mind would sign up for something when they were just seeking information. If anything resembling a charge would've popped up, I would've just clicked out of the website. This is fraud in the simplest and truest sense. Anyone that can help get my money back, I'd sure appreciate it.

Back in the beginning of Oct. I was trying to get a payday loan, while filling out an app. I didn't scroll all the way down to the bottom of the pg. instead I hit next after finishing that pg. Well Oct. 9th a check went through my acct. for 19.63. I didn't think anything of it because I was waiting for a 19.00 charge for an app. fee. Then on Nov. 10 another check for 19.63 went through my acct. This time I had no idea what I was being charged for. I looked it up online and called the # that was on the web site I had looked up. I was told that it was now cancelled but to get my money back I would have to send an email to them at [email protected], and that I would hear back from them in three business days. I waited until Nov. 20th and still didn't hear anything back from them. So I went ahead and called them back and they tried to tell me that I never sent the email, of course I'm not completely stupid because I had saved it in my sent file. When I told them that their story changed and they told me that I would have a refund in 7 to 10 business days for the last check but since it had been so long I wouldn't get the first one back, I figured something is better than nothing, and that it had been cancelled. I really didn't expect to get anything back but I was hopeful and a little relieved that it was at least cancelled. I finally should have this under control. Well, Dec. 21st rolled around and low and behold who sends another check through on my acct. you guessed it 777saveclub.com. Now I'm pissed off, all three checks caused overdraft fees and they won't even cover the last one. But supposedly I'll be recieving a refund for the last two checks in 7 to 10 business days. Yeah right, I'll be lucky if I don't get charged again.
