According to them when we applied for a payday loan we were register for this savings club, and that the fee that they took out of our account was for their service and that it was not refundable. I told them that we are busy people and do not get to read our emails daily like some people, they said that my husband was sent an email detailing the fee in small print and that he should have read it before appling for the loan. I told them that he is training to go overseas to protect their country and she said she was sorry but that she could not refund the $22.99 back to us. She just kept saying that he should have read the email and responded before the trial date was up, which was 4 days from the 8th, sorry but that just couldnt happened. I am so mad at these companies that take advantage of the people who pay their salary.
