I had purchased the complete 7th Heaven series on DVD for my daughter for Christmas, I ordered back on August 7th and paid $124.90. It came shrink wrapped and I didn't open all the DVD containers. Well Christmas has come and gone and my daughter has been watching the 7th Heaven DVD's. She opened one and it was not 7th Heaven but the Twilight Zone, we didn't receive 1 - 11 of the series but 1 - 7, so not only is one of the DVD's the wrong show but I didn't get all that I purchased. I have tried to call the number 201-297-4588 but it's a fast busy signal and my credit card company can't help because it's past 120 days, this is wrong.
