Company advertises refund for mistakes. Yes, I did order a minus number instead of a plus, but did not open anything when saw mistake on arrival, called immediately.
It is now almost 2 months. They charged me for both wrong ones and right ones of course. I call repeatedly and they tell me to wait for a special label. I MUST use this label to get a refund. The label never arrives. Holding people's charge like this is very profitable for them I am sure.
