I spoke to a representative for the second time today and I specifically asked if they were a telemarketer and the rep who was a man claimed that he was and I asked what his name was I think it was Matthew?; then I asked if he can remove the number from the call list, the person only replied by hanging up. By my tone the caller seemed afraid to ask for information. I called back 3 times and kept getting hung up on... Mind you I live in San Diego, CA.
