FRAUD --- Guy did an "up-sell", lying to close the deal. Received the "kit", unit didn't work and was told there would be a 20% restocking fee and that their shipping costs to me ($20) was non-refundable!!! I'm pursuing this with BBB and Consumer Affairs.
