I authorized A-1 Blazing Keywords only for the introductory fee of $1.97 but not for $72.21. They took this from my account without my approval 5/18 I authorized A-1 Blazing Keywords only for the introductory fee of $1.97 but not for $72.21. They took this from my account without my approval on 5/18/09. I called the 1/866-200-5473 cust. serv. #, spoke to Kasey, they gave me a cancellation & refund # on 5/21/09, I called today 6/1/09 to verify the status of the refund, I was told by Vincent they can't do refund but only cancel, told him that Kasey assured me of my refund request, Vincent only went on to say he could provide me an address to send request at 224 S. Main St. Box 218 Springville, UT. 84663. Kasey did not honor the request and outright lied about my refund. I am unemployed and want my $72.21 back... This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response.
