A1 move and storage owes me $ 50.00 for damaging my walls, stair casing, and stained my brand new carpet. All over a simple move. I have not recived the funds yet and now it's like I will never receive this amount. A1 has a great A+ rating on bbb but sure doesn't act like it. They do not commuincate with the customer at all. I don't want to say that this company is a scam. But now it seems like it because of a simple $ 50.00 refund that I haven't received it.

I thought they would be true to thier word but guess what they are not they have lied and lied about sending me the funds. What's crazy about the whole thing is that this is a family owened company and they don't communicate with one another either very strange. All I wanted what is owed to me.
