Had this company contracted to come out and do 10 areas in our house today. We picked this company specifically because they do dry carpet cleaning and not wet. We were told that furniture would be moved. When they showed up, the cleaning crew announced that they do not move beds (and bedrooms were our primary areas of concern, as 3 of 4 of us have asthma and allergies. They also do not get under beds as their equipment is too large. Because beds occupy majority of space in the bedrooms, I asked for a discount if they were to still do only areas around the bed. Discount was refused and after brief contemplation, I agreed to having all the rooms done (with furniture not being moved) at the originally agreed to price. I informed the crew that I would be back in 10 minutes, as I had to take my daughter to school. By the time I came back, they were gone!! And... are you all ready for this?!?!? THEY LEFT THE GARAGE AND THE FRONT DOOR WIDE OPEN!! My house was left completely exposed while I was gone.
I called the owner who got rather defensive and told me that his crew was "frustrated" because I wasn't sure that I would have them do all 10 rooms, instead of only 7 (even though I clearly instructed them to go ahead and do all 10 before I left for 10 minutes.) He continued to avoid the issue of them leaving the house open, only stating that he would address that internally. At the end of the conversation the owner yelled at me and used inappropriate language for suggesting that his booking agent didn't inform us of beds not being moved.
Conclusion: stay away from this company at all costs, if you want a responsible service provider. It's one thing to misjudge when hiring employees, but it's another thing when the owner himself takes no responsibility for the service, employees and then becomes irate when speaking to the customer. There are too many choices available for anyone to have to experience this!
