I own apartments, and have used A-Absolute for 3+ years to clean carpets. Two weeks ago, A-Absolute cleaned carpets for us. Last Friday, we had an appointment set-up for 2-4:00 PM, and waited from 1:30 to 4:15 and had a no-show.

We called A-Absolute when we returned to the house 9to our phone), and man said that he called our phone and had no answer; and as it was too far to drive for a paltry $60 dollars (his price-not ours) to be stood up. King Street is in central Colorado Springs; they knew us because of the 3+ years and last weeks cleaning...then he said "there are lots of cleaners out there, and we can take our business elsewhere".

His Yellow Pages ad says he is a member of BBB, but we could not find him in your data base.

I don't think I have ever been more angry!
