We have our washing machine got serviced but we end up calling them the next day since our washing
machine got worse than what it was before. The guy fixed the tube under the machine but did not reassemble the water pipe back. When we called them, they are giving us a turn around of more than a week appointment.

Poorest Service Ever!! I don't know why they're on the list of Sears Roebuck! They should be taken out!
