REFRIDGERATOR
2 years ago we purchased a samsung refridgerator. A couple of weeks ago we came home and the refridge was not working. We contacted Samsung and they refered us to A & E Services. A & E was suppose to show up on Saturday Dec. 18th between 1pm and 5pm. I contacted A & E at 3:30pm to find out where and when this repair was going to be performed. They told me that the repair man was in the next town and he should be there shortly. At 6:30pm after the repairman did not show up I contacted A & E to find out where he is at. They informed me that he attempted to contact us by phone and there was no answer. I was sitting at home for hours looking out the window waiting and we never received a phone call. I then contacted Samsung and they contacted A & E and were told that they did not have the correct phone number. ok we gave them our house line and cell phone. Samsung informed A & E that are phone numbers were in the computer and they were correct and bascially admitted to me that we had gotten blown off. I told A & E that if that happened at the company I work for the repairman would have two choices. Go to the repair on your time or your terminated. We finally got him out on Tuesday. He diagnosed the refridge having a bad circuit board and he would have to order it. Then A & E contacted us and said the part was being shipped overnight and we would have it on Wednesday 3 days before Christmas. Then on Wednesday A & E contacted us and said the part is in transit but it will not arrive on Wednesday and now is scheduled for Monday after Christmas. Now we do not have a refridge for two weeks and no refridge for Christmas. To anyone who reads this do not purchase a Samsung refridgerator, they are junk and don't get involved with A & E because they are horrible. We are left feeling like these companies do not give a crap about us or the fact that we will not have a refridgerator for the holiday. They ruined our Christmas dinner and plans with our kids and all they keep saying is we understand and we are sorry but they don't understand and they could care less or someone would have helped us get this junk repaired before the holiday after two weeks of of bullcrap they put us through.
