This is the A and J Property Management in San Diego. They do not take care of the property well. The Management/ owner does not return calls/questions from landlords. He gives you the runaround. Useless to leave message on answering machine. Useless also to leave message to receptionist as he does not return calls except from new property owners.(He was very good when I first met him) My property was trashed when I left them. Your property will deteriorate with this company. You'll be stressed out trying to get a hold of their boss.
