A Better Tomorrow is simply a NIGHTMARE! The intake person paints a picture of a wonderful program, with top notch staff and facility. What they actually delivered to our family was a ram shakle house, with a staff that didn't know which way was up. After I threatened a law suit they sent my family member to another ABT house that was better than the first, but still not the quality of care we were promised. Two weeks of a 30 day program lost in a series of endless excuses, and complete chaos. The staff was undertrained, ineffecient, and dangerous to anyone's recovery. I have spoken to several other families that experienced the same level of frustration, and disgust with A Better Tomorrow. I would NEVER allow anyone I cared about to ever step foot in a ABT facility again! There are good facilities available that are honest, and committed to the care and recovery of clients. A Better Tomorrow is NOT one of them. Please don't fall victim to this scam. If you want a loved one to get first rate care, with a dedicated and caring staff do NOT consider A Better Tomorrow (ABT) for one second. Their program is an unorganized, chaotic mess. Their sales pitch is a total SCAM! Their level of care of their clients consists of a list of lame excuses, and unfufilled responsibilities. I am the family member of a client that spent 30 days in the ABT program and spent hour after hour on the telephone trying to get ABT to provide a reasonable level of care. Just say No... to ABT.
