If you currently use or are thinking about using A Bit of Help (www.abitofhelp.com) cleaning services I strongly urge you to reconsider!

This company employes cleaners without making the necessary background checks; does not return keys; frequently loses keys; damages expensive clothes and refuses compensation; tells lies to protect cleaners; provides shoddy cleaning services; and employees cleaners who steal cash. They have recently taken on a full time employee to deal with complaints and focus on customer service. Suggests I'm not the only one to have issues with this company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! PASS THE MESSAGE ON!!!
