I found a stove on their site that i was interested in (two ovens) buying for my new house. after paying for the stove online costumer service called and said i would have to have a hood for this stove. i told the rep. my kitchen does not have an outside wall and it has two stories above the kitchen. i asked for a refund. The sales rep said they had one on ebay that didn't have to have a hood, and if i purchase that one they would refund the difference. i went to ebay and won that auction. a few days after the auction ending a sale rep called me again and told me that stove also had to have a hood. this was not disclosed in the auction and the rep told me it didn't have to have the exhaust hood. i told them not ship the stove and to refund my $$, i could not afford to spend the extra $$ to put a hood into my house and they had mislead me. the vp of the company made the decision to send the stove out anyway and i refused delivery. they then changed me a 10% restocking fee the shipping both ways and refunded the difference. i lost a little more than 1600.00 and have nothing to show for it.
