Worst service i have ever had!!
The absolute worst service I have ever encountered. We were promised our wedding photos in 1 month, after 3 months of not returning my calls and e-mails the owner, Rick, explained some marital problems were the reason nothing had been done yet. 4 months later we received our photos on DVD, which were “OK” at best. Rick had promised he was going to order our album that went with the package (Princess Package) after we received our DVD, which is strange… you would think you get everything at once. The wedding album actually came after we received the 25 prints, which were a terrible high gloss and were in both landscape and portrait format, which made a very ugly arrangement. The album itself had 34 photo sleeves for our 25 photo prints, again…very ugly and very un-professional. 2 weeks after we received the Album came our thank you cards, which not to my surprise had the wrong photo printed on them. So once again I called to resolve yet another issue, his response was “I will have a rush put out immediately for the correct version”… 3 weeks later no thank you cards, no returned phone calls. I am in the process of taking Rick to court and contacting the Better Business Bureau of RI. I am completely outraged and disgusted with his service and would advise anyone and everyone to stay away!
