The name Mr. Dan De Marco is an online employer and he hire foreign worker such as Mexican, Canadian and Filipino to do the online job he have, most of the project is web creation/building and designing, his way of hiring people is is by promising a good salary in the term they gonna pay it in a monthly basis, He introduce his self as the CEO and President of the company, and once the worker agree to do the task, he is so demanded, (well that is fine for us because he is the "President and CEO") and we need to give what he want.

but the problem with this guy is he never pay what we agree, we do the task but when we need to collect our salary he have so many reason not to give our salary, he said, the billing dept. does not pay him, and one of his reason is the task is not yet completed, etc.

We ask him to pay us but he don't give us any concrete solution for the problem and he alway say that there is a problem with the manager(we don't care if he has a problem with those people) we have nothing to do that, the agreement is between him and to us.
