I bought a tanning package at A Nu Du and I was a little annoyed that they never seemed to know what they were talking about when I asked them the prices of things ect. but whatever, then one day I went in to tan and I put the goggles for your eyes on and got into the tanning bed, Immediately my eyes started watering and tearing up, I sat in the bed for 9 mins with my eyes burning and when I got out of the bed I looked at the goggles to see what had mad my eyes burn and it was super glue! they had tried to glue the lens back into the goggles and the glue was still wet even! I showed this to one of the front desk girls and all she said was "oh huh." and walked away to show it to her manager. no sorry that happened nothing. so I sat down and waited for the manager to come talk to me but she never did. so i went up to her and told her Id like some eye drops or something because my eyes were burning. not until then did she even tell me that she was sorry. they never offered me any compinsation and just sent me on my way. I dont think I will be going back there again. This upset me so much prolly because this isnt their first offense, they have confirmed appointments with me before and then come to day of the service said they dont even have me in the computer.
