A Plus Carpet Care is a FRAUD. This is without question the worst carpet cleaning company we have ever used. He arrived late. He was RUDE and unprofessional in our home, and they scratched our woodwork|. The man was very twitchy, and he kept calling me "man", so I felt like I had to follow him around to make sure he wouldn't steal anything|. The price went up twice during the job and the bill was much more than we were promised over the telephone!. He became angry when I mentioned all of the spots that didn't come out, so I just let it go.. My carpet was soaking wet for two days and began to smell like mildew, so we had to call another company and pay them to fix the job that A Plus Carpet Care ruined:.

They took advantage of us, and they will take advantage of you, too!.
