When they finally showed up, they immediately left without checking in at the front office. The reason is because they saw another carpet company truck outside and assumed that A Quality Carpet of Abq was no longer needed. We did, in fact, still, need them. Then, I get an invoice from them asking for a payment for the emergency service call that they showed up 3 hours late for, and did no work on. I called and spoke to a very nice lady and she was understanding and more than happy to void the invoice for me. She also told me that I would get a statement showing that I did not have to pay this. 2 Weeks later, I got nothing. So I make a quick call and the owner happened to answer. He knew who I was right away and said, "(Name omitted) called you yesterday and already dealt with you." I told him that im the only one in the office, and I had not spoke to anyone regarding this matter and at that time, I also asked the owner if he could just have someone fax me that invoice for me book keeper to know it does not have to be paid. He then proceeded to call me names including the b word and hung up. I called back to ask what his problem was, and he kept using his derogatory names. Maybe a normal employee of theirs would suffice for this type of behavior, but for the owner himself to be ok with acting with this behavior is absolutely ridiculous!. This company ***!
