He can out to fix my Sub Zero, and said it just needed freeon and to be sealed, so he did that, and said it would be find, and it would take awhile for the ice to make...
Next week I called him back and said it still wasn't working...he said it was the Sub Zero board, and it would cost me $500.00 to fix it, I just paid him $ 1000.00 to fix it the first time, which I was so upset that he wonted so much to fix it the first time, and now anough $500.00.
I called Mr. Applance to come out and see what they thought was wrong with it, It had no water hook up to the Sub Zero, so there was no way it could make ice. He charged me $70.00 to ck everything out, he works on Sub Zero, and said that the work that was done should of cost $100.00.
I called ARS Jesse Gutierrez back to tell him what I found out, he scramed at me and hung up, so I called him back and told him to return part of the money ASAP. they said OK, I have not heard from them, I called again and ask for the add. they hung up on me again. so I don't know what to do, I just moved to Boerne Tx. from Corpus Christi Tx. I have never had is to happen to me before.
