For six or more months I have been trying to get an account review on my late charges. There were promises and letters sent stating that the charges where going to be dropped but they still remain on my bill. I have talked to different people and they have all made the request for a review but still dosent get done. I have tried countless times to talk to them on the phone, each time having to explain my statement to them and them having no idea who or when I last talked to someone there. I have faxed letters and still no results!!!
