I gave this company a $350 deposit on my May 2010 wedding. Then my fiancee suggested we meet with the DJ in advance of the final payment. They assured me that they would make him available long before our wedding. Well my long before and their long before were much different. I canceled and requested a refund. Got the run around about the cancellation policy. I filled out the paper work sent it to them in January 2010. No refund, 30 minutes on hold and still no money. I NEED HELP SHUTTING THEM DOWN! I sure could use my refund too!

This is my personal experience with A Sensory Sound System. I booked this company and gave them $100 for a deposit. I was confident that their advertisement claimed 100% Refund in the event of a cancellation. I did not intend to cancel but it was sort of nice to see that they had that option. Unfortunately in February 2010, I got laid off my job and had to make decisions on which vendors I had to cancel since I could no longer afford them. A Sensory Sound system was one of them. I sent in the cancellation form along with the copy of the contact they emailed me as Dave instructed me. That was on 3/17/10. Today's date is 5/01/10 and I have not yet seen my refund. I have made several phone calls and spoke to Ryan various times telling me he would call me back with a status but I have yet to receive a phone call from this gentleman. I have left them various messages and have sent them an email to no avail. I will be contacting not only the BBB but also the State Attorney's office so they can check this operation out. I wish I had seen the numerous complaints about this company prior to booking them. Oh and one more thing, they were however prompt in calling me every month after I booked to see if I wanted to put more money towards the booking, yet now that I'm looking for my refund they do not return my calls. Be careful with this company, needless to say I would never recommend this company. I will update this site after I officially submit my complaint to the BBB and State Attorney's office and I urge whomever has had a bad experience with them to do the same. If the State Attorney's office gets enough complaints they can get their operation shut down.

My daugher got married 10/18/2008. A sunny day and a beautiful bride. The last time that the bride spoke to Dave @ A Sensory Sound System was the day before her wedding 10/17/2008. But guess what? Can you imagine a wedding withOUT a DJ? Imagine it? That was our life! They took my daughers $$ and then didnt show! A wedding without a DJ. A Sensory Sound System and Dave you should be ashamed of yourselves. What a disgrace you are.
