A T & T rep. lied about cancellation of contract. He came into our home and when we told him we were not interested
he lied and said we could cancel if it didn't work out for us,
for a $200.00 cancellation fee. To this we agreed and signed. NOT TRUE according to A T & T.

That is not the worst...
for each call over ZERO second duration - and 12 second ring - we are charged $ 5 4 . 0 0 EACH CALL.

This is what we knew might be a problem and did NOT want to be obligated for and entire year,
but with the cancellation fee, we knew we could cancel should it get out of control. AND IT HAS !

There may be infact companies out there that $54.00 per call is "very resonable", A T & T included, but for our company
this is unacceptable ROBBERY !
