AT&T advertises $14.95 for internet services for 12 months but CANNOT get their billing right! I have e-mailed them and phoned them. Every time, I get the same 'standard' response--it takes 2-3 billing cycles (which isn't, by the way, stated anywhere in their ads). This is ridiculous--I am into incorrect billing now for 10 months. From all appearances, this PROBLEM is not uncommon. I'm fed up with them and wouldn't recommend AT&T.
