The company makes its guarantee so believable that it additionally offers a money back guarantee. The person, who finds a better deal on the entire web, gets the additional amount, charged by A1, credited back to his/her account. Only after careful looking into that money back guarantee, the reader finds out that any claim of a better deal must be made within 24 hours. I made my reservation for $133.00. Only 2 days later I found a better deal for $97.01 (including taxes) from Expedia.com. I called A1 Discounts back but was promptly denied any assistance. I understand that I missed the 24 hour deadline; however, A1 Discount should have stayed away from making promises and giving customers the impression that their service is indeed the best. Furthermore, A1 Discount employees do not even care of what their very own customers have to say. I called back twice later that day, but no one seemed willing to speak to me. To all customers, I do not believe A1 Discounts Las Vegas Hotels is worth our time, effort, and business.
