Timeshare
I was contacted by one Mr. Mark Charles with A1 Marketing Unlimited Inc. ask if I'd be interested in selling or renting either of my timeshares in Fla. I told him I wasn't interested in selling them at this time but might be interested in renting, he stated that he had several clients wanting to rent a Timeshare but he had no "rental inventory" at the time, he asked me several questions about my Timeshares ( size of each, weeks available, ect.) then stated that he'd like to talk with his clients about them and could he call me back in an hour or two, he called back and said that he had verified my Timeshares and had presented them to his clients, they had agreed to rent them, all he needed from me was a fax number where he could send me A1 Marketing's Rental Contract for me to sign and provide his Legal Dept. along with my credit card number, once they'd received these two documents from me, he'd then send me the two lease/rental agreements from his clients for my approval and as soon as they (A1 Marketing) received those back from me, they'd send me the monies for my Timeshare Rentals. At this point, I really began to question Mr. Charles, (if it sounds to good to be true, it's usually not true) after going through several minutes of questions and answers, I told Mr. Charles I needed to think about it and discuss it with my wife, but I'd let him know something with-in a day or two. In the next two days we received no less than ten calls from Mr. Charles or an associate of his ( Gina, his sec. was one that kept calling) wanting to move forward with the Rental Agreement Contracts so he could tell his clients that it was a done deal. We finally agreed and signed/paid and faxed back the contracts. We did not hear from Mr. Charles or A1 Marketing for over a week, although I was calling his office two or three times a day. He would not return any of my calls, I'd leave voice mail messages asking him to please contact me - Nothing - finally after contacting A1's Customer Service Dept. more than two or three times, he answered one of my calls (probably by mistake, thought it was someone else) at which time I asked him where were the Rental Contracts he had promised me, said he'd have to check into it and he'd call me back with-in the hour, Never Happened!! Took another week of calling two or three times a day, leaving voice mail or being put on hold for twenty minutes or more, only to be dis-connected, before I was able to get him on the phone at which time he didn't have my folder with him, so he didn't know what the status of my Timeshares were but he'd go upstairs and get the folder and call me right back, again, Never Happened !! This went on for weeks, me calling two or three times a day, he would never answer or return my calls, went back to Customer Service asked who Mark Charles supervisor was and how to contact that person, never got an answer to that question, always went back to we'll have Mr. Charles contact you today, Of course, that never happened, to this day I still don't know who Mark Charles reports to. This ordeal has gone on for months now, they will no longer answer my calls into their office and Customer Service will not give me a true answer to any of my questions, the last time I did get to speak with Mr. Charles he promised to return all my money and we'd call it a day, well again, that's never happened !! So please BEWARE of this company A1 Marketing Unlimited and especially BEWARE of Mr. MARK CHARLES, if his lips are moving, he's lying.. This man has no conscience or shame, he is nothing more than a two bit low life lier, a scam artist and a thief !! I guess the whole company is the same way.. They've done nothing of what they promised, and have cut off all communications after taking our money.. They are the scum of the earth, and nothing more than a pack of thieves !! BEWARE, BEWARE, They will steal your money !!!
