This company have failed to return my deposit, many phone calls later and still no results, just excuses, and given the run around, will now have to start Court action. Their Staff are obnoxious, and are full of deceiptful misleading statements, and are down right arogant, rude and condisending.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have just received a call to say the Luton Van I required with tail lift is no available. I explained that it has taken them a week to tell me this and I have 2 days to sort out alternative, to be told "read the email, it is an acknowledgement not a confirmation"
Funny how they called for my visa details after sending the acknowledgement!

This is the worst company that I 've ever had to deal with! I tried to book on line but had doubts about the type of vehicle that was advertised and phoned to make sure i was booking the right one. During my 5 phone calls before and after the booking every phrase ended with "bruv" and "man" (I am a woman), they couldn't give me the correct spec - it was just "this is the one you need, trust me bruv!". But it wasn't! It's good that I had a feeling that they were a bunch of wankers, so i wasn't surprised when they called 6.30pm to tell me they couldn't supply the right van (I was surprised they called though). I am bit worried that they've charged my card already, it was lucky I used a credit card - at least I could get a charge back from Mastercard! THEY ARE COMPLETE AND UTTER DISGRACE! SOMEONE SHOULD SHUT THEM DOWN!

I rented a Luton van through A1 National Van Hire to take furniture to the continent from the UK. I wish I had seen this website first. I wasn't confident driving the old banger they supplied across town, let alone across Europe. Their customer service skills were non-existent - they are to be avoided at all costs. Spread the word - they should not be in business.

Absolute wankers ! took 200 pounds from my account without authorisation, -after i had cancelled my booking -( because i thought something wasnt quite right ) no correspondance etc etc, ... .Their employees are all thick as shit, with no skills what so ever ( should not be allowed anywhere near a telephone ) they are in danger of dribbling into the mouthpiece and electrocuting themselves, -i can only live in hope ! i am currently trying to get my money back through my banks fraudulent transactions route - still waiting, hopefully it will come good, have spoken to trading standards, and do not think its worth even writing them a letter ... if anyone has an address for an office or headoffice of these cowardly pricks i would be most grateful- i would love to meet these drivveling pieces of shit face to face and make them forcefully eject me-- but not before i collect my money and leave -- you will get whats coming to you A1 national van hire--never use this company! youve been warned...
