I took a top up insurance from AA Autobay when i purchased my vehicle from them. I paid the insurance for about a year but found no need for it so i called and got it cancelled about three months ago. Since then my account was no longer being debited for a period of two months until it was suddenly randomly debited last month again for the old amount. I called in to the AA Autobay Call Centre and kept on being sent to the wrog departments. It is as if no one knows whats going on there and who handles what. I was eventually referred to the lady above who gave me little respone and did not sort out the problem even after i enquired on many occasions and the month went by resulting in my account being incorrectly debited for a second time this month. I again called AA Autobay to find out what the hell is going on but was again reffered continously to all the wrong departments...
