I signed up with AA On-Line Moving & Storage in August 2005 to move our things from New Brunswick, NJ to Winter Haven, FL. I spoke with Mark Ash who was the salesmen and assured me that I was in good hands. The cost was $4,000 to ship our furniture and $289 a month for storage. When the person arrived to load our furniture on the truck they could barely speak english. We alloted $500 for packing supplies and when we reviewed the invoice , prices had been scratched off and changed to increase the price to the full $500. We moved into our home December 30, 2005 and didn't receive our furniture until the end of January. The person who was delivering our furniture was very unprofessional. AA On-Line hired a subcontractor to transport our stuff from NJ to FL. Don't think for a second that the people you gave it to will bring it to the new location. After several weeks of waiting for our furniture we get a call that our furniture will arrive. The subcontractor first tries to bring the furniture at 11:00 P.M. and said that he had sent his workers home and needed us to help. Of course we told him no way, we paid for someone else to do the work. The next morning is when the real nightmare began. The truck had about three families worth of furniture crammed on board and only separated by a single line of cloth. Dressers and other furniture was turned on their sides or any way they could manage to squeeze things on the truck. My dresser arrived with the trim broken off, about 10 boxes of dishes were completely broken despite the fact that all of the boxes were marked fragile, the leg was broken off of my dining room set and it was badly scraped, the wheel on my barbeque grill was broken off completely, the glass on my limited edition art work was broken despite how well it was packed, and to top it off, I paid for the insurance and was told that since I took too long to submit my claim I was ineligible to collect on these things. What's sad is that most people rarely unpack all of their things as soon as they get them. Unpacking is a lengthy process. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY ARE FRAUDS AND HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOUR BELONGINGS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DESTROY YOUR PRECIOUS AND PRICELESS FURNITURE. BUYER BEWARE.
