I called for AAA Appliance Service 7.1.2010, to come out and fix my washing machine it would not spin and was leaking water. A service representive from AAA Appliance Service came out and looked at the
problem.
He then gave me an estimate of $195.00, with a $20.00 discount, which then made the totall bill $175.00.
He said he found the problem, it was a wire that had come loose, he tightened the wire with his fingers, it took him 5 seconds at the most. His report said "Found and fixed bad conection in safety system".
He said the problem was all related. I didn't question his opinion because it is his job to know what to do.
I gave them a check for $175.00. I was given a receipt the number A43436.
The washing machine is still leaking,
I have called AAA Appliance Service for 8 days and have been put off! They are rude, hang up on me or tell me to call back and then put me on hold and no on comes back on. I wait a few hours and call again.
With still NO results as of 8.19.2010
I am asking AAA Appliance Service, to give me the service, that was suppose to been provided.

I feel paying $175.00 for 5 seconds of work is outrageous and they should stand behind there work.
They had no problem taking a check in the amount of $175.00 but will not fix the problem., or refund
the $$$ for work not done.

PLEASE, DO NOT USE AAA APPLIANCE SERVICE, they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!!
