**NEVER book with this agency!
My husband and I booked a all inclusive honeymoon vacation with Rebecca Kinne at the Murfreesboro TN office. We paid in full for our vacation to Jamiaca. We arrived in Jamaica fine, however, Hurrican Gustov hit the island the day we were supposed to leave. The entire airport was shut down and the only way to communicate was via email. We contacted Rebecca via email ans she stated that she booked us on 2 flight, just incase we were unable to get out. We went to the airport the next day, stood in line for almost 2 hours, only for Air Jamaica to tell us that they did not have us in their system. We were stunned!! the airport was chaos!! We had to stay in a horrible hotel that night, and try and venture back to the airport the next norning.
We got to the airport on Sunday morning, and the airline confirmed, once again that we were not booked. This had turned into a nightmare. We were not able to get a cell phone signal, so a very nice stranger let us use his to try and call AAA. SHOCKER..they are closed on the weekends. It routed us to another number and the person on the other end told us to "hold tight" and they would email us and get us on another flight. After 2 hours of sitting in the airport, I had no other choice than to go ahead and book one way tickets to get us out of that filthy country.
$1600 later, and three days later, we were finally home. We emailed and called Rebecca to try and get her to help us get our money back! She NEVER responded and her company left us high and dry. We finally got fed up with being ignored, and gave them one last chance to resolve this issue. They did not respond.
We ended up taking them to court, which in turn, they hired their attorney to go to trial. We presented our case, and the judge basically said" TOO BAD".
At this point, we had already invested in over $1900.00 and time off of work!
I would think twice about going with this company and I think they are huge scam artisits and are NOT concerned with the way they treat customers.
Rebecca is a useless person that does not understand the true values of Customer Service.
