I wanted to buy a Maruti Swift from a Maruti Dealer at Savitri Nagar, Delhi (AAA Vehicleades Pvt Ltd). I wanted to finance my car and my loan was disapproved by ICICI Bank. I asked the dealer to let me know the reason for disapproval, he denied. Then I requested to let me know the application form number so that I personally can enquire about the same from the bank. The ICICI bank representative who takes care of the loan matters for the dealer refused to give me the application form number and even refused to talk to me on phone. He said he does not want to talk to me. The dealer is also least interested to assist me. I am disappointed to see how the customers are treated. Please note that the date of purchase is my first meeting with the dealer.
