1.) AT THE FIRST TIME WHEN I VISITED TO THE SHOWROOM ON 24/04/2011, I MET MR. RAVI(SALES EXECUTIVE)..WHO TOLD ME ABOUT THE SCHEME OF RITZ DAZZLE IN WHICH HE IS AVAILING ME RS.24, 000 ACCESSORIES FREE OF COST. WITH THAT PARTICULAR OFEERS AND DISCOUNT I DECIDED TO BOOK RITZ LDI BS IV...SO I DECIDED TO GO TO THE SHOWROOM AGAIN TO BOOK THE CAR...
2.) DATED 24/04/2011...WHEN I WENT THERE I MET WITH THE TEAM LEADER MR.AMIT SACHDEVA, HE TOLD ME THIS SCHEME IS CLOSED FROM THE LAST ONE MONTH...TO AVAIL THIS RITZ DAZZLE OFFER YOU HAVE TO PAY RS.8000 EXTRA (JUST IN THE DIESEL MODEL ONLY) OR IF YOU DON'T WANT THIS SCHEME YOU WILL GET RS.12, 000 DISCOUNT ON ONROAD PRICE...IN JUST 2 DAYS I HEARD 2 DIFFERENT SCHEME FROM THE SAME SHOWROOM...DESPITE OF THIS ISSUE I OPTED TO GO FOR RS.12000 DISCOUNT ON ONROAD PRICE AND I BOOKED MY RITZ LDI BSIV WITH ABOVE MENTIONED DETAILS AND GAVE BOOKING AMOUNT RS.20, 000. MR. AMIT SACHDEVA COMITTED ME TO GIVE THE DELIVERY ANYDAY OF MY CHOICE AFTER 10TH MAY, 2011…..I PLANNED TO TAKE THE DELIVERY OF THE CAR ON 18TH MAY WITH HIS ASSURANCE AND COMITTMENT FOR THE DELIVERY…
AFTER BOOKING THE CAR I WAS EXPECTING THE CALL FROM MR. AMIT FOR COLLECTING THE DOCUMENTS FOR FINANCING THE CAR, NOBODY CALLS ME FROM AAA VEHICLEADS TILL 7TH MAY, 2011….THEN I DECIDED TO CALL MR.AMIT FOR COLLECTING MY DOCUMENTS FOR CAR LOAN…AFTER RECEIVING MY CALL HE SUDDENLY SAID THAT I WAS JUST ABOUT TO CALL YOU AS THE DISCOUNT OF RS.12, 000 WHICH HE GAVE ME AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THE CAR IS NOW UNAVAILABLE AND I HAVE TO PAY RS.12, 000 MORE FOR THE CAR….
THIS IS TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FALSE COMMITTMENT AND DISCOUNTS GIVEN BY AAA VEHICLEADS TO GAIN SOME ATTENTION OF THE CUSTOMER AND THEN THEY SUDDENLY SNATCHED THE DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS FROM THE CUSTOMERS WHICH IS GIVEN BY AAA VEHICLEADS PVT. LTD.
3.) DATED: 14TH MAY, 2011……JUST 4 DAYS BEFORE THE DELIVERY OF MY CAR, MR.AMIT SACHDEVA (TEAM LEADER IN AAA VEHICLEADS) CALLED ME AND SAID THAT SILKY SILVER COLOUR IS NOT AVAILABLE IN RITZ LDI…HE WANTS ME TO AGAIN COMPROMISE MYSELF WITH THE COLOUR OF MY CAR…ALSO HE IS NOT EVEN SURE FOR THE AVAILABILITY OF RITZ LDI TILL 18TH MAY….
JUST TO SUMMARIZE MY CASE AAA VEHICLEADS IS TRULY IRRESPONSIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND HIGHLY FAULTS BASED COMPANY….THEY DON’T EVEN FIX ON THEIR SCHEMES AND DISCOUNTS AND ALSO GIVING ME FAULT COMMITMENTS OF THE DELIVERY OF THE CAR…..
TILL DATE I DON’T HAVE ANY KIND OF INFORMATION WHETHER I AM GETTING MY CAR DELIVERY OR NOT ON 18TH MAY, 2011
