I feel that AAAuto Warranty AKA AAAuto Protection totally misrepresented themselves when they sold me the warranty. "Deceptive Fraudulent Misrepresentation" I believe the FTC made them change their name from Warranty to protection.

I feel they violated insurance regulation and state laws by selling disguised insurance policy.

They stopped all phone contact between customers and repair facilities. You can only contact them through e-mail or fax which is frustrating to the repair facility. Work to be done takes too long this way. Should be able to talk to a live person. and get an answer immediaely.

I have read many other complaints on the internet where they always have an excuse not to pay.They never tell you that youre not dealing with AAAuto Protetion but a company bynthe ame of Consumer Direct Warranty Services out of Redding Ca handles their claims.
