I came to American when I was 9 years old. My parents wanted more for me and my family. I joined the Army @ age 18. I love this country and fighting for my country. I have gone to war, and was blessed to come back home to be with my love one's. But the battle wounds I have gotten from Aaims property has left me numb. How can a company continue to excessive with the matter of how they conduct business? I had rental property listed with them. They lease my property out to tenant the tenant was in my home for 8 months and they damage my property. The mgmt company told me they did not know how to get in contact with the people. But they would make things right by fixing the things that that fell short on doing their job. The property mgmt told me she would get the house repair and the house was cleaned. We took a trip to view our property and it was a MESS. We took them to court and it was a loosening battle. The judge did not review all the evidence he ruled in their favor. It was the good old boy system. I have sense learn I am just one of many this company has ripped off. Please hear my voice and have this company expose for which they really are. They breach the contract, mis used the security deposit. They came a list of things they had done. What they say they charged the tenant did not match what they took out of my account to cover the clean up they say they did. They put together a move in inspection and the inspection that they did when the tenants was still in the was totally different. I asked the judge if my house looked that way when they tenant moved in. Why does it not state it on the mid month inspection? He did answer my question. I showed him the email where the mgmt stated she cleaned my property he said, that was not important. He ruled in favor of the mgmt company and stated they did all they could to rent my property out. Please help me expose them!
