In November 2008 I had brought my 2003 Acura Tl to Aal Transmission World to get rebuilt. Since then I have brought the car back nine times, had paid over $600 in tows "which they will not cover" and have spent weeks and even months without my car while they work on a fix. I have tried calling corporate which is only an answering service that had the owner "Rusty" call me back who lacks any respect or ettiquette. When I asked as to why can the problem not get fixed correctly and if they can just pay to have it serviced at the Acura dealership since they are unable to fix it correctly he responded "No, you just have to keep bringing it back to us and if you let Acura open up the transmission you will void our warranty with you." I told him thats not fair since I wanted to have Acura at least open up the transmission to verify what kind of work has been done and I said I will go to court if this persists and his response was "See you in court!" And then he hung up on me!

This has been the WORST NIGHTMARE I have ever experienced during my lifetime and I sincerely regret taking my car here. Its bad enough that the cars transimssion has broken down nine times after getting rebuilt by them but to make matters worse every time I do bring it back to get fixed they will keep my car for a minimum of three weeks "and even five weeks at one time" while they work on it. This is my life and my only car and the amount of stress this has caused is unfair. Beware!
